‘Ello Shaggas welcome back to another fantastically superb BATLM product. A rather exciting review today… Yes, our regular weekend brewoutine (brew-routine) is to review a Perth café, however today wasn’t a run-of-the-mill, regular LM, this lady’s, gent’s and everything inbetween, was a kiss from the angels above from our mates at @regularcoffeecompany, luckily we were joined today by a member of @blokesandtheirmagicsmelbourne. Enjoy! (Because we sure did 😊).
Vibes 🍃- Don’t let the name fool you as this in not ‘regular’ café. The blokes felt like they were in a coffee jungle with low hanging plant-life and dim lighting paired with rich wooden veneers and jungle-based artwork. Staff were super friendly and attentive, and we got to say, the brekkie wrap is an absolute must have!
Taste 👅- From popular Ozzy Park roasters, Darkstar, we were sipping on an absolute cup of gold. We’ve had this blend many times before, but we think that this was the best it has ever been extracted. Origins of PNG/Brazil contributed towards a heavy body and smooth caramel finish… nothing overpowering at all
Temperature 🌡- Pretty attractive temperature. We’d take it out
Glass Size 📏 – Was a cup but look, we loved the 6oz component.
Froth 🥛 – Froth was neat. Got to take it one week at a time, but in saying that, we are real excited to see what this group can produce moving forward.
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 – Nothing was regular about the latte art. Some of the most nonchalant yet beautiful work we’ve seen.
Regular routine? Yep. Regular brew? No. A truly divine masterpiece from these guys. Latte art was on fire, temperature was cold (in a NBA Coldest Moments montage sense (meaning epic)) and the froth was absolutely frothin’ (as per ushe). No complaints from us to these guys, a glass would’ve been nice but we’re in a good mood so NEVERMIND. Keep on pumping out the good stuff – stay classy, stay Regular. Ta ta.
