After receiving a recommendation to head over to Bespoke in Vic Park, the blokes couldn’t resist a trip out to one of their favourite areas for a brew. The
competition is hot in this part of Perth, and the blokes were eager to see how Bespoke stacked up against the
other brews on the block.
Vibes 🍃- Vibes in vic park can’t really be faulted - it’s a beautiful strip offering brews a plenty. Bespoke
makes the most of its location with big open windows and a high ceiling, along with a pretty classic interior.
Nothing mind-blowing, but nice nonetheless.
Taste 👅- Using coffee from our arch-rivals (Melbourne) who continue to think their coffee is better
than Perth’s (not true) in ‘Duke’s Coffee’. A blend wehave had before and one that is as bold as the claim
we just made. Hits you like a train with those traditionalBrazilian/Guatemalan notes of Bakers chocolate, roasted almonds and a super heavy body. Not high on our personal flavour wish list but maybe more conducive to a different palate.
Temperature 🌡- Definitely on the hotter side of town
Glass Size 📏 – Very cool, loved the double glass and 6oz 🫶
Froth 🥛 – Super high scoring, 1cm - exquisite 🙌
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 – Awesome designs especially for such a thin opening on the glass,
props to the barista for this one!
The blokes had high hopes for Bespoke, a vibe that felt chiq et soigne (for all our French followers), as well as swans and tulips galore being poured by the baristas. The brew was well executed, but the taste didn’t quite
hit the spot we were looking for. Nevertheless, we respect the hustle.
Thanks for having us Bespoke 🤝
75.2/100 on the Brew ‘o’ Meter! 🤖🤝
