Vibes 🍃- wow, right up there on the vibe’o’meter – essentially a breezy, relaxed oasis hidden in the double-view suburbia with a very trendy and hip outdoor seating accompanied with a warm and cosy interior and a wicked aux line-up. What the blokes especially enjoyed was the real community atmosphere – bakery supplies, clothing and hand-made ceramics all stocked from local businesses. To top it off, yoga classes and live music run every second Sunday morning… if you are keen to see Ben head-bop in a downward dog, you know where to find him ;)
Taste 👅- Our good folk’s throw down a custom ‘community’ blend from ‘Kaltiva’ coffee roasters in Wangara – our first taste of their produce. Certainly, a complex, full-bodied blend with a unique region mix from Colombia, El Salvador and Ethiopia. One the blokes would describe as a crowd pleaser, notes of roasted nuts and berries, but takes a fair bit of searching to uncover. Not a cuppa to complain nor rave about, does its job.
Temperature 🌡 – Went down an absolute treat, very very decent temperature.
Glass Size 📏 - Like Nick Kyrgios’s court etiquette, the 6oz glasses were very well behaved and were exactly what the blokes were looking for.
Froth 🥛 – Nothing short of excellent. The folks of the merchant sure knew their way around a steam wand, so props to them.
General Appearance/Consistency 🤩 - The latte art was one of a kind. Never have we seen something like what F&M produced. As Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, we will let you make up your mind about the art yourselves. Consistency wise was a tick for sure.

Folk and Merchant definitely made an outstanding coffee and even better vibes. Although not rave worthy … this was a brew fit for Goldilocks. For sure check them out!
